HelloI am trying to set up a hosting company, but the thing that is setting me back is, I need want to own a datacentre, which would cost 1 2million to build, but it would cost me about 3mill. The thing i want... or need to make this centre different is natural unlimited energy powered well, mostly... This datacentre will be about twice the size of a normal datacentre, most have about 15,000sq feet of space, this will have 30,000sq feet of space, so the data centres value will really be there... basically giving twice as much profit revenue, with only 500k extra costing...I have not finalized the prices yet, would i be able to get a business mortgage?Potential income from 15,000sq feet, 330k per monthPotential income from 30,000sq feet, 660k per monthI want to know, if i put the building down when complete, as security, could that help me get the 3mill i need? my friend wants to purchase a large house that is used as a clean and sober house for people re entering society after jail time. i am wondering if there are any grants, low interest business loans, or if she needs to purchase the house as a normal mortgage.the house is already being used as a clean sober house for past three years. any residents that do not stay sober are evicted the same day, so no neighbor complaints at all. my friend is the on site manager and the owner wants to sell it and she wants to buy it.

Myself and my partner have seen a property we like which has a large double garage which we can convert for our business venture and also has space to turn into my business venture.
