Hi folks, I am a mechanical Engineer diploma , 30 M, Married, 2 kids one is 2yrs & other 1mth i have a lot of interest in technology, I am crazy about cars, i am very good with computer software video editing, audio editing, Imaging , an avid gamer PS2,PS3,PC , Very good in MS Excel too.Presently I'm working as a Planning Scheduling Engineer, also partly carrying out Control Activities. I don't find the job interesting. Also i have just enrolled for a course in QMS Auditor Lead Auditor to add up to my resume.I do not know what would be an ideal job for me. I do have an option of starting my own business, but again don't know what to start. Financially i am a little stable to start my business. Before i started working for this company, i ran a cybercafe and didn't make much profit.a little advice would be helpful.

Does my business partner actually is a scammer? You think? I need advices please.?
I just started my business 2 months ago and I have a business partner. Everything seemed okay in the first month, now, the second month, problems started to arise. He blew me off with 3 business meetings that we should have. First excuse, his friend visited from outside of the town I didn't hear anything from him about 36 hrs , the second one he just completely ditched me without any excuses, he was hard to find on his phone, did not even replied my messages, and the third one, he said he had to go to a customer I don't even know about what and why the customer called to meet with him personally without including me, based on what he told me . I needed his help to order me a stuff for a customer. I promised the customer her item would be delivered by Monday this week, little did I know, my partner after he left me hanging for 24 hrs without any news from him this past 2 days said that when he ordered the stuff, the factory lost his check 4 days later after the initial order placement , and he refused to write another one. Oh my gosh, I started to think like my partner is testing me for something because the way he is treating me. I started to think also that he doesn't care about me his business partner and the business. Please help, I really am confused of what to do. When we both me and my business partner know that our business needs order, he left me to have a 2 days vacation and I couldn't reach him and he did not reply me. So, in short, what pisses me off, after he said that the factory lost his check 4 days later after the initial order placement , suddenly he called me yesterday and said that he has the item. Okay, so I asked him to bring the item to the store, guess what? he ditched me again. Now, today, I called him already in the morning, until now in the afternoon, I still don't hear from him. I am scared to death that our business does not get any order but with him, I don't see any concern at all. Do you think he does something behind my back? I started to think that way. Please I need advices. Owh, another thing, yesterday when he called me, he told me that he has to go to California for a week and that he can not come to work. I am so wanna be done with this partner because we just barely opened our business 2 months ago. What do you suggest?
How do I deter schemers without losing business?
I am avon representative and got an email that I suspect is a scam. just an email address nothing else. How can i deter spammers without losing a potential customer. " I put something that says scammers bewaree anything that I suspect is a scam will be reported to law enforcement" Also what are some signs that this is a scam other thaninabilityo met in person or have US address. If possible I prefer to met my clients in person or have phone number I can contact them with. I and I require a valid US address, no exceptions
