How do I get my business financed?
My Husband and I just started our own General Contracting Company. We are having problems finding financing and have had to turn down a good amount of jobs because of it. We need to find a loan asap so we can continue to stay in business. It's not like we don't have the work to come in. Allot of our work comes from insurance companies as well as restoration companies. Can someone please help or if there are any investors out there let me know. We are also trying to get into fix and flips.

How do you land big time business/finance internships with companies that don't recruit in your area?
I live in St. Louis and attend a very small school. I am a Business Administration & Finance major and would love to intern with a company such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, UBS, etc...However, most of these big name companies hardly do any recruiting at all in my state. Simply submitting a r sum online hardly seems to gain any attention at all. How do I gain the attention of the intern coordinators for these companies?
