Most likely- No. Identity Theft carries a designation of a 'crime of moral turpitude' As an insurance agent you will be handling PII (personally Identifiable information). Theoretically, a convicted felon CAN get a license to sell insurance - if the state insurance commissioner will give you a special dispensation. In reality, those dispensations are hard to get.
