Question: Business insurance for a new bowling alley?

For a project in my Economics class, a friend and I are opening a Bowling Alley but we were wondering, what type of business insurance do we need for a bowling alley?

Bowling alleys are actually pretty expensive to insure. You'll need property coverage, liability coverage, workers comp, possibly liquor liability if you're serving beer, business interruption, possibly commercial umbrella liability, possibly commercial auto.

You will need liability insurance for patrons and employees. For your Mtg. investment you will need mortgage insurance. Unless you pay cash.
