I see nothing wrong with it in emergency situations if you live in a border town. Why would you take your kid to a hospital 300 miles away if you can go 5 miles? Canada didn't even have socialized medicine in 1970, anyway. They paid for it. Don't rely on the Huffington Post for your news. They are mostly uneducated. They let rappers write for them.

Well I guess bad health care is still better than no health care. When your six years old you don't have much of a choice of where your taken either. Apparently she has experienced the very system she is criticizing. Wouldn't that now improve her credibility?
