Question: What would happen if the u.s. took all the money it spent on wars, and spent it on alternative energy instead?

There would be no national security and we'd be constantly attacked. BTW, people would still be dying, only from starvation or disease, thanks to environmental sanctimony.

We would be literally tripping over solar panels, wind turbines, and toxic light bulbs. But I'm all for it! I'm also for nuclear energy, but with safe disposal, not spreading depleted uranium across the middle east.

Over something like $65 BILLION has been earmarked just for the REBUILDING of Iraq. $65 BILLION!! And what makes it worse is that after a decade that the country is STILL in ruins with little to no progress in sight. And doubly worse, an audit just came in and the Pentagon cannot account for 85% of a $13 BILLION fund setup for "helping " Iraq. Christ almighty!!! What a colossal waste, and for what? Seriously, what? America did not have one god damn valid reason for attacking a sovereign nation UNPROVOKED!!Bunch of hypocritical god damn Imperialists!!
