My real estate agent and the landlady turn a deaf ear!!!!?
Like I asked before abouth the gas bills, I always have problems with the real estate agent and the landlady.I asked my windows to be checked and they solved the problem after 2 months, I had problems with the shower water tap and she took 2 weeks to solve the problem that at the end solved my husband.She sent first her uncle to check it, then two cousins builders ,then a supposed plumber an old man who didn't know ANYTHING bout water taps .And at the end my husband solved the problem.The real estate agent told us that we could have a bath in the meantime The real estate agent didn't tell the landlady that we had problems with the gas and the landlady knows that we have problems but they all TURN A DEAF EAR WHICH ARE MY RIGHTS TOWARDS THESE PEOPLE.WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THEM?THEY' RE MAKING ME CRAZY HELP ME PLEASE Thanks and God bless you I'm a legal tenant

Hello,I'm thinking about expanding the closet in my master bedroom by opening the wall to the closet on the other side of the wall. The closet on the other side currently belongs to that bedroom. A friend told me that a bedroom without a closet is considered an " office" in real estate terms. Is this accurate? I've been in several homes that don't have closets in some bedrooms.

I am putting in a walkway from my driveway to the backyard fence patio. I was wondering if by doing this I am raising the house value any? My husband says it's just a waste of time and money, but it's something that I love doing. Thanks in advance.I put in an area for a garden up next to the house part that is about 1.5 feet wide and the walkway beside it is about 4 feet wide. I'm using regular bricks to outline the garden and walkway and I'm not sure what type of stepping stones or gravel I'll be using. The garden area has wildflowers in it now, but I am planning on putting in some bulbs or something else in Spring.

**EYE CATCHING "Real Estate" Decor / Motif -- have you seen in Investors/Real Estate Atorrneys Offices?
I had to sign some escrow docs and on the way home, I thought I woudl stop by " Ethan Allan" a decorating store Ive always wanted to stop by. Inside were some geographics parcel looking type images on fabric that were framed, and it looked lovely. I thought it would be inspiring and classy to have in my office. The price was, however, way too much $300 I could simply make my own in a fashionable way for much less. So is there any inperational pieces or artwork you have seen in an investors real estate person's office?Thanks
