Question: Can anyone give me some info on home-buyers packs?

I know on buying a property you have to purchase this pack, but do you pay for it when the property has been bought, or do you have to purchase it in the hope the seller doesn't pull out and lose your money? Also do you have to purchase one for every property you are looking at?

The seller has to prepare the pack, not the buyer. Are you sure that any agent isn't just asking for a nominal amount 10/ 15 quid to cover the cost of printing out all that crap?
