Question: Can i sue real estate on last inspection i showed then that pool tiles needed replacing..today one gave way i?

Fell in hitting my head.. Ended up at hospital with concussion..had been avoiding using pool but was cleaning and forgot about the problem.

You can sue anyone for anything. Do you have enough money to pay an attorney for this frivolous stuff ? They told you and you forgot ? Why is this they're fault ? I doubt that a falling tile in water would hit anyone so hard as to cause any problems. Go for a swim and chill.

Well you need to have first told them in writing and send it like a registered letter to get the note back saying they signed for it. You always need proof when renting . YOu can try to give them the bill and see if they pay if not then tell them you will sue and well if you wan to do what you need but talk to a lawyer.
