I can't really give you numbers but Siem Reap is the number 1 tourist destination in Cambodia. Apart from the people visiting and traveling around the country, there are hundreds thousand of tourists every year that while traveling in Thailand, pass the border and go to Siem Reap for 2-3 days to see Angkor Wat and then return to Thailand. Siem Reap get way more tourists that any other city in Cambodia.
